Technical due diligence for the long-term client EfTEN Capital

Projector´s team in Lithuania was pleased to be able to provide its technical due diligence service to long-term client EfTEN Capital, which is currently in the process of acquiring the RYO Shopping centre in Panevėžys, Lithuania. The price of the transaction was 47 million euros making it the second biggest investment in EfTEN’s history, following the purchase of Domina centre in Riga in 2016.
