2023 and 2024 were successful years for the companies of the Projector group

According to a recent customer survey, our construction technical supervision and project management services meet the highest quality standards. The company is pleased to report a significantly expanding project portfolio and increasing demand for engineering services across all three Baltic capitals—Vilnius, Tallinn, and Riga—although the majority of revenue continues to be generated from projects implemented in Lithuania.

From the beginning of 2023 to the present, Projector engineers have supervised approximately 25,000 m² of new construction and managed 22,000 m² of rental office space. Over the past two years, the company has participated—through a phased approach—in the renovation of approximately 18,000 m² of hotel buildings and 24,000 m² of common areas in shopping centres. Additionally, various Technical Due Diligence (TDD) services have been delivered throughout the Baltic States. Since 2023, a total of around 180,000 m² of commercial real estate—comprising warehouses and logistics parks, shopping and business centres, office buildings, hotels, and residential complexes—have been evaluated. Projector experts have also contributed to the development and investment appraisal of renewable energy projects, including wind and solar parks.

Currently, the engineers and consultants of the Projector Group are engaged in several large-scale projects, delivering construction supervision and project management services. These include the construction of a new KIA-Škoda dealership centre (client: TKM Group) and the partial renovation of the LINSTOW Group’s “Lietuva” hotel in Vilnius. The team is also providing consultancy for the renovation and expansion of the “Olümpia” hotel in Tallinn. In Riga, the company offers technical consulting services for commercial apartment buildings managed by LUMI Capital Group, as well as for AUDI-Volkswagen dealerships owned by the Møller Group. Long-term collaboration continues with UAB Projector Construction Management, with Projector engineers overseeing the construction of a shopping centre in Kaunas.
